Where the name comes from
Everything starts with a pair of hands in the dough.
The curves in our logo are hands shaping a batch. In the middle sits the letter M, for Mai. Above it, a heart.
Baking is done by hand, over time, and with care. That is the whole idea, and it is why the mark looks the way it does.
